Designed by Gel Architects, On Point has a striking exterior of linear forms in contrasting tones.

The four-level street façade is divided into three bands: the first floor of dark off-the form concrete, two levels of white horizontal frames and vertical bronze screens, and the penthouse level which is set back from the main façade with an elegant overhanging roof.

The driveway travels down the southern side of the gently sloping site to the ground level garage with apartments which open onto private landscaped courts. A covered walkway leads residents from the feature canopy through to the soaring atrium with full height glazing running up the stairs.
